Question: I had this very sad feeling that our relationship with God was all wrong. There was this feeling that this is not how we should be relating to God-the way we pray, the things we ask for, how we are always in a begging state, somber praying etc. I felt we were so disconnected, so far away from God, and yes, so pathetic. I couldn’t put my finger on what this was all about. So I asked God to explain what I was feeling and for the grace to not feel disconnected to Him.

God’s answer:

Internal and external
We share one life. Heaven on earth

Internal is the chalice of blood (the life of Jesus –We share one life) ; external is the world that God holds in the palm of His hands (Heaven on earth)

Question: Please confirm.

God’s answer:

And now I will no longer be in the world, but they are in the world, while I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are.

(John 17-11)

Question: So is this about becoming your soul-mate while living here on earth?

God’s answer:

You are Christ, in person
We are not different.
